Wine of the Week: Promise

You'll need to act quickly. Promise Wine is one of the best wines I have ever tasted and apparently I'm not alone in my praise. Promise has won a unanimous double gold and Best in Class at the American Fine Wine Competition. If that's not enough to convince you to get your hands on a case of their fifth vintage, maybe knowing that Robert Parker awarded it 96 points will! But there's more to the story than just great wine. Founded almost a decade ago by Steve McPherson, Promise Wine embodies love and commitment. McPherson vowed to honor his dream to make wine - and promised his wife that he would see his aspiration through. Clearly he has and with great success.

The gold circle on the label elegantly symbolizes the couple's wedding bands, and the strength of unity. It's not surprising to me that when two people support one another, regardless of how small or outlandish or impossible a dream may seem, it becomes achievable.

For this Valentine's Day, I hope you're able to share a bottle of Promise with your sweetheart, or at the very least, share your dreams.

To order Promise, you can directly email McPherson at Steve at PromiseWine dot com.
