Greet your guests this holiday season with one of these gorgeous Poinsettia Champagne Cocktails. It's the perfect drink to serve on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve or both. Use organic cranberry juice if it's available and don't forget that you don't have to use Champagne. Your favorite sparkling wine will definitely do.
Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail 4-5 ounces of bubbly 1 teaspoon cranberry juice 1 teaspoon limoncello 1 teaspoon pomegranate liqueur ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Lemon Super Twist: Use a zester or a sharp skinny knife to cut a long thin strip of lemon. Twist the strip around a toothpick, then gently press the ends of the twist into the toothpick to keep it in place.
