Mixology 101: How to Make a Key Lime Martini

ICON_Mixology101This is one of the most refreshing cocktails you can make, especially for those of you who love lime to the extent that you'll squeeze it over food like some people shake salt. You might also be someone who would regularly suck on lime if it didn't destroy the enamel on your teeth. If you don't have key limes available, regular limes will certainly do (there really isn't a significant difference for this drink). And as you make the limeade, sample as you go to get the right sugar/tart balance. This drink is also fantastic on warm days, blended with lime ice cubes.

Directions Make the limeade, stirring the liquid until the sugar has completely dissolved. Fill a martini shaker with ice, then add the vodka, limeade, pineapple juice, and cream.
