We tested this Irish Sundae cocktail recipe on a 70º SoCal afternoon which for the record, is a very good temperature for an Irish Sundae cocktail. It melts at about the pace that you want to drink it, forcing you to neither gulp it down nor let it melt into a pool of boozy cream.
Irish Sundae Cocktail Recipe 1-2 large scoops mint chip ice cream 2 ounces Irish cream liqueur ½ ounce creme de menthe liqueur Sprig of mint for the garnish
Directions: Scoop the ice cream into the glass. Pour the creme de menthe over the ice cream, followed by the Irish cream. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
