Gin Drinks: Rosemary Citrus Tonic

Yesterday was so gorgeous! The sky was blue, the weather was just warm enough in the sun to feel comfortable and and chilly enough in the shade to remind us that spring is only emerging. This is the drink we put together after logging a full day of work and it was delightful. Happy April! Spring Gin

Rosemary Citrus Tonic 2 ounces gin 2 ounce tonic water 3/4 ounce grapefruit juice 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon rosemary needles Rosemary, grapefruit, and lime garnish

Directions Gently muddle a few rosemary needles in the gin and juices. Remember that the rosemary oils are strong...it doesn't take much to taste it. Strain the liquid into a glass filled with ice. Top with tonic, garnish, and serve!
