How to Make a Frozen Leprechaun

Is there anything better than having a legitimately frivolous reason to make a green drink? St. Patrick's day allows us to let down our hair, set aside the pretense of drink-making, and have some fun by creating ridiculously good green cocktails. A Frozen Leprechaun is probably best enjoyed as a dessert drink unless you don't care about ruining dinner, or making it your main course. And feel free to change up the ice cream choices. We've tried it with mint chip and coffee ice cream to rave reviews, and have dolce de leche next on our list. Questions? Ask us on Twitter or Instagram @GirlWalksIn2Bar ♥.
