Casamigos Blanco Tequila: Pinch Me Cocktail Recipe

Tequila on St. Patrick's Day? OK! This recipe and photo was shared with us by our friends over at Casamigos and we love it. Feels like the launch party for this brand was just yesterday. We've kept a bottle stocked in our home bar ever since.

Pinch Me Cocktail Recipe 2 oz. Casamigos Blanco 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice 1 oz. Simple syrup ½ Kiwi (Muddled) Rim ½ of glass with green sugar

Directions Add all ingredients into shaker and muddle fruit.  Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass and add fresh ice. Garnish lime wheel and kiwi cut out clover placed on top.
