Haunted Margarita Recipe
2 oz tequila
2 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
1.5 oz triple sec
1/16 - 1/8 activated charcoal
Orange salt and black lava salt for rim
Dried lime wheel

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add the tequila, margarita mix, triple sec, and activated charcoal. Shake well to mix, then strain over a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime and serve.

Rim Directions
Run a lime around the rim of the glass and if desired, on the side of the glass. Dip or roll your glass into the salt to coat it.

Creepy Cosmo

This recipe is a slight variation from a traditional cosmopolitan by using Ciroc’s Black Raspberry Vodka and also from pomegranate juice. So good!

Creepy Cosmo
3 oz Ciroc Black Raspberry Vodka
1 oz cranberry Juice
2 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz lime juice
1 oz Cointreau or triple sec
Red sugar rim
Luxardo cherry
Baked potato nail

Directions
Pour a small amount of the Luxardo cherry syrup onto a plate and dip the rim of the martini glass in it to coat. Next dip the martini glass in a shallow layer of sugar to coat. Thread a couple cherries onto a baked potato nail and set aside. Fill a martini shaker with ice. Add the vodka, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and triple sec. Shake well to mix then strain into the martini glass. Garnish with the cherry nail and serve.

This cinnamon espresso martini is the perfect sweet drink for Halloween night. Feel free to swap out the 1/2 & 1/2 for non-fat milk or go hard into the other direction with heavy whipping cream.

Cinnamon Espresso Martini
2.5 oz vodka
1 oz chilled espresso
1 oz coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz half and half
Big pinch cinnamon
Cinnamon stick garnish

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add the vodka, espresso, liqueur, Cointreau, half and half, and cinnamon. Shake well to mix then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
