Labor Day Weekend is NOT the end of summer. There we said it. White jeans, Aperol Spritzes, and Erewhon celebrity smoothies have no season and we’re here for it. However, we have to admit that three-day weekends are THE BEST and will always call for special, signature cocktail recipes. Here are three we love for morning, noon, and night.

Blackberry Sparkle
1 oz Ciroc blackberry vodka
½ oz Cointreau
½ teaspoon Liquid Alchemist grenadine
4 – 6 ounces prosecco
Blackberry garnish

Directions
Combine the vodka, Cointreau, and grenadine in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and slowly add the Prosecco. Garnish with blackberries and serve.

Rosé Outlook
1 oz Pimms No. 1
1 oz Aperol
1 oz This Girl’s Margarita Mix
4 – 6 ounces sparkling rosé
Frozen strawberries
Orange slice

Directions
Fill the glass with frozen strawberries and orange slices. Add the Pimms, This Girl Margarita Mix, and sparkling rosé. Pro-tip - chill all the liquids before use for the coldest possible cocktail!

Vanilla Peach Iced Tea
2 oz vanilla vodka
4 oz Lipton’s sweetened ice tea
1 oz This Girl’s Margarita Mix
Fresh peaches & lemons
1 oz simple syrup (optional)

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add the vanilla vodka, Lipton’s sweetened iced tea, and This Girl’s Margarita Mix. Garnish with fresh peaches if in season (or frozen!) and lemons and serve.
