March Wedding Cocktails with Licor 43

Cocktails with Liquor 43

Strawberry  & Gin Champagne Cocktail
3 ounces bubbly (Champagne, brüt, sparkling wine, etc.)
1.5 ounces dry gin
1 ounce Licor 43
3 large fresh organic strawberries

Directions
Remove the stem and leaves from the strawberries and slice into chunks. Drop the strawberries into a flat-bottomed glass and add the gin and Licor 43. Muddle until the strawberry pieces start to look like chunky jam, then strain the ingredients into a martini shaker that’s filled with ice. Shake well to mix, then strain into a coupe, flute, wine, or martini glass. Top with the bubbly and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Raspberry & Rum Champagne Cocktail
3 ounces bubbly (Champagne, brüt, sparkling wine, etc.)
1.5 ounces white rum
1 ounce This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
1 ounce Licor 43
½ cup organic raspberries

Directions
Drop the raspberries into a flat-bottomed glass and add the rum, Licor 43, and This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix. Muddle the raspberry pieces until they start to fall apart, then strain the ingredients into a martini shaker that’s filled with ice. Shake well to mix, then strain into a coupe, flute, wine, or martini glass. Top with the bubbly and garnish with a fresh raspberries.
