Classic Cocktail Recipes: How to Make a Sitarski Cocktail

We have no idea what Sitarski means. We Googled it and no information pertaining to a cocktail pops ups. But since we're on a quest to slowly add every A-Z cocktail recipe to our blog, Sitarski will not be left behind. And it's a good thing because it's a good drink. The original recipe calls for a half teaspoon of sugar which we didn't think was quite enough. 1 ounce of simple syrup worked much better. You also need to know that we used store bought grapefruit juice and not freshly squeezed juice. Sorry about that. It was a long day and if we didn't cut corners every once in a while there'd be a lot of smashed glassware on the floor.

Make this drink this weekend and check another cocktail off your list too.
