Pick a Polar Pear Cocktail for the Holidays

It might seem counterintuitive to make a frozen drink for the holidays, but if Santa walked into a bar, the Polar Pear cocktail would definitely be his libation. Yes, it looks like a Christmas tree got tangled up with a snowball, but it tastes like a cocktail you'd sip on a remote tropical island in June, meaning...it's amazing! We've been working with 1915 Bolthouse Farms all year and continue to learn how versatile their organic cold-pressed juices are. Yes - most people gravitate towards these darling little bottles because they're filled with fantastically healthy ingredients. Of course we like them for this reason too, but also because each juice is extremely mixable with our favorite spirits (type 1915 Bolthouse into the search box for more recipes!). We're all about easy entertaining, and having this many ingredients together in one place means less work for us. Yay!

If you'd like to dress this recipe up for the holidays even more, consider swapping out the banana chips for frozen whole cranberries, or dusting the top of the drink with a little red and green sugar.
